Frequently asked questions
- Who writes the reviews on Bella Bugs Books?
- Every review is written by Amy Byrne, a reader in Wexford, Ireland. Nothing here is sponsored and no books are gifted in exchange for a rating — if a book didn't work, the review says so.
- What kinds of books do you review?
- Mostly romantasy, romance, thrillers and contemporary fiction, with a soft spot for series like ACOTAR, Throne of Glass, Off Campus and Shatter Me. Every review notes tropes, spice level and whether it's worth starting the series.
- What can I buy from Bella Bugs Books?
- Hand-packed book parcels: Blind Date with a Book from €20.33, personalised packages from €22.59, mystery bundles of three from €29.37 and a monthly book box at €33.89 a month.
- Do your reviews contain spoilers?
- No. Reviews are spoiler-safe by default, and anything spoilery sits behind a toggle you have to tap yourself.
- Where do you ship to?
- Everything is packed and posted by hand from Ireland, and ships across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and the EU. Postage is calculated by zone at checkout.
- Can I suggest a book for Amy to read?
- Please do. Send it through the contact page or the submit-a-review form and it goes straight onto the to-be-read pile.
