Frequently asked questions
- How long does it take to make up my package?
- Every parcel is packed by hand, so allow up to five working days before it's posted. Subscriptions go out on the 5th of the month.
- Is postage tracked?
- Yes. Every parcel is tracked and you'll get the tracking number by email when it's dispatched.
- Do you ship outside Ireland?
- Yes — Northern Ireland and the UK, the whole EU, and the rest of the world. Postage is calculated by zone at checkout.
- Will I be charged customs?
- Not within Ireland, Northern Ireland or the EU. Outside those, local customs or import charges may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
