Where do you ship from and to?

Everything is packed and posted from Ireland. Orders ship Ireland-wide, to Northern Ireland, the UK, and across the EU, with shipping calculated by zone at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed within 3 working days. After that, An Post typically takes 1–2 days in Ireland, 3–5 days to the UK and 5–10 days for the rest of the EU.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are handled securely through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.

Can I return something?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Blind Date parcels can't be returned once unwrapped, since the surprise is the whole point.

What if I hate my surprise book?

It very rarely happens, because every parcel is matched by hand from your wishlist notes — favourite tropes, spice level and anything you'd rather avoid. If a pick still misses the mark, message me within 14 days and I'll send a replacement book with your next order, or swap it if it's unread and in the same condition it arrived in.

Can I tell you which books or themes to avoid?

Yes, please do. Every package form has a notes box for spice level, triggers, tropes you don't enjoy and books you already own. I read every single one before I pack.

Can I cancel the Monthly Book Box?

Any time. The €29.99 box renews monthly and you can cancel from your account page or by emailing me — cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. If you're away or have a big TBR pile, message me and I'll skip a month for you rather than closing the subscription altogether.

What condition are the pre-loved books in?

Good readable condition — no missing pages, no water damage and no heavy markings. Pre-loved copies may have light shelf wear on the spine or cover, and that's part of the charm (and the lower price).

How much is postage?

Postage is calculated at checkout by destination, starting from €4.99 within Ireland. You'll always see the exact amount before you pay.

Can I send a package as a gift?

Absolutely. At checkout you can post the parcel straight to the recipient, add gift wrapping and include a handwritten note from you.
