For suspense rather than seasonal cover art, explore Amy’s reviews of The Teacher and Verity. Tell Amy you want dark and twisty reading when matching your parcel; the chosen book depends on your preferences and availability.

Halloween book-gift questions
- What is included in a Halloween book gift?
- Choose one of our existing packages for Halloween reading. A blind date parcel includes one handpicked book wrapped blind, three teasing hints, a handwritten note, a bookmark and a little sweet treat. A bundle includes three chosen books and exactly two surprise gifts. These are not special Halloween editions.
- Can I request a scary book or a thriller for Halloween?
- Tell Amy you want dark and twisty reading when matching your parcel, along with your favourite genres and anything you would rather avoid. The book depends on your preferences and availability; a specific horror title is not guaranteed.
- Are Halloween book gifts available with new or pre-loved books?
- Yes. Blind date parcels start at €20.33 pre-loved or €29.37 new, with postage added separately. Personalised packages and three-book bundles also offer new and pre-loved options; check the individual package before ordering.
- Will my book gift arrive before Halloween?
- Arrival before 31 October is not guaranteed. Allow time for packing as well as postage, check the delivery information for your destination, and contact Amy before ordering if you need a particular date. The parcels are also suitable for autumn reading after Halloween.
- Are the pumpkin and autumn decorations included?
- No. The seasonal image is an illustration, not a photograph of a guaranteed parcel. Pumpkins, foliage and decorative props are not included; wrapping, bookmarks and treats vary. Check the chosen package for its contents and separately priced add-ons.
- Can I send a Halloween book parcel as a gift?
- Yes. Blind date parcels and three-book bundles can be sent directly to the recipient with a gift note added at checkout. Share their reading tastes and books they already own to help Amy choose a suitable story.
