The finale belongs to Christian Harper, and he is worth the wait. A morally grey fixer who has been watching Stella Alonso for far longer than he should admit, he is possessive in a way the earlier heroes only hinted at. Stella's growth from people-pleaser to someone who asks for what she wants is the real arc.
What works
- Christian's point of view is unsettling in the best way.
- The fake dating setup gives the obsession somewhere to go.
- Stella's influencer career and family pressure are handled with more nuance than expected.
